At the top of E2S there is a toolbar with several buttons to assist you.
In order the buttons are....
Email Support - takes you to the request license / support tab
Request Support - takes you to the contact page on our website (https://www.red-it.co.uk/e2s-support)
Open Teamviewer - opens the Teamviewer application. You will need to provide the support consultant with your ID and password so we can see your desktop and assist you
Open Excel Sheet - opens the Excel file you are currently set to load from in either Excel or the internal E2S Excel viewer depending on the Configuration setting Open Excel File Internally?
Help - opens this help file or the online version depending on the Configuration setting Open Help Locally?
Skins - allows you to select another colour scheme via the Skins function.
