Changing Your Sage Version

When you upgrade Sage 50, E2S needs to reflect this change.

If you have the latest version of E2S, this will include all supported Sage 50 versions. E2S is available as an auto-update feature on versions released since February 2020.

To change Sage version in E2S, go to the Configuration tab...

Select new Sage Version in the box on the right-hand side. 

Click the Save Configuration button at the bottom of the screen, and E2S will default back to the Main screen.

Verify that the companies are being recognised by checking the Company Control tab.

Hint: You can find your version by clicking Help > About in the Sage menu

In this example we see that this is version 29 or the 2023 release. 

The rest of the number refers to minor updates which do not cause any issues, so no changes are needed in E2S if these are updated during the year.
