An email to support with log files included via the webpage (see below) is preferable.


The support desk is open during UK office hours.


Once the software has been installed, you can raise a support log either from within the software (see Support)  or the designated webpage (https://www.red-it.co.uk/e2s-support).


This includes 


LOG FILE  You will find the most recent log in C:\Excel2SageConnector\LogFile.txt and previous logs in C:\Excel2Sage\Old Logs

LOAD FILE All Load files are stored after running in C:\Excel2SageConnector\Archive\ Please send file which failed - details will be in the log file.

If you have enhanced solutions, please send logs from the conversion process (e,g,.)

C:\Excel2SageConnector\csv_YOURNAME\wip\xxxx.log
