Getting Help
We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours. The support desk is open during UK office hours.

An email to support with log files included will always be the fastest way to receive help.
Once the software has been installed, you can raise a support log from within the software (see Support)
Please provide the following:
LOG FILE You will find the most recent log in C:\Excel2SageConnector\LogFile.txt and previous logs in C:\Excel2Sage\Old Logs
LOAD FILE All Load files are stored after running in C:\Excel2SageConnector\Archive\
Please send the file(s) related to the load that failed - details will be in the log file.
If you have enhanced solutions, please send logs from the conversion process (e,g,.)
